The animal details screen is the intake record of an animal. It contains information about an animal at the time of original intake and reflects either observations by staff or assertions of the relinquisher. It includes a printable relinquisher contract (both standard as well as requested ET). If the Lost/Found module is also enabled, the Animal Details screen will display possible lost matches that have been added to the Lost/Found module if the animal’s intake reason is selected as Stray or the Stray box has been selected.
To streamline intake of litters or multiple similar animals at one time, users have the ability to clone an intake record. This button will create a new intake record which contains identical information as the original (both client and animal info), which can be edited as needed.
