Maintenance and support services are provided either on demand or through monthly support plans. The services and levels of support are defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our clients have access to our online support ticket system to submit and monitor the status of support requests. For larger projects or quotes, clients are advised of how long it is estimated to complete the request, and the request will proceed once client authorization is received.
